I’m keen to show you what we’ve built in the past months. On our side we’re super excited to now roll out our brand new product and share with the world what we’ve been working on during the past months.
Before we start, let me learn a little bit more about your role and background. Could you please tell me a little bit more about your role? Are you mainly managing recruiting, are you also leading culture change and initiatives?

What is your major challenge at the moment?
So what happened the last time [challenge failed] OR in the previous company? - [let them say how important the problem is]
Great, thanks for sharing that. I can totally feel what you’re talking about. Actually, it’s very interesting that we as a company came together partly because we realized how big is the < > problem on the market. So let me give you a quick intro to who we are as a company before we jump into the product.
So to help startups create and scale culture, hire people who truly fit, we created Bunch. Bunch leverages not only the insights and technology we used at 12grapes, but also has a strong scientific foundation from Stanford.
This Stanford research actually proved that companies that have a strong culture, high cultural alignment, produce 5x ARR. So Bunch doesn’t help with culture as a standalone, it helps to translate culture into growth. Coming back to the challenge you mentioned, < > is one of the things we address as we help companies build and scale culture.
So that’s where we came from.
Originally we came together under the brand 12grapes, we were on the mission to help investors assess the quality of startup teams so in the past year we assessed over 300 founder teams and for investors like startupbootcamp, cherry ventures and others. However, at some point we came to realize that a there is a bigger problem on the market. We saw how startups struggle with scaling culture and hiring people who truly fit their team and move the company forward.
You know, there were two numbers that just struck us: 15% of employees worldwide are engaged at work, 64% of employees feel they don’t have a strong work culture.
Extras:
What got us most excited though is some of the more recent psychological research, that shows:
FACTS:
15% of employees worldwide are engaged at work
64% of employees feel they don’t have a strong work culture
#1 reason for going the extra mile at work is camaraderie
Businesses are loosing 49% of new hires in the first 12 months and 89% of those are leaving due to misalignment; alone in the US that leads to a total loss of 61,75 bn USD.
THIS IS WHY Bunch came together. We solve the problem of scaling culture, putting the right people together and making sure that teams are strongly glued together, which is crucial if you want a team of employees around you that go the extra mile
What we do: we make culture more tangible – measure it, know what it’s like today, understand where you need to go, etc.
To start with Bunch you first set up the teams. The platform allows you to create as many teams as you want.
Extra
The first step is to see your company’s culture. To do that we invite your team to take a quick 10-min assessment. The platform allows you to create as many teams as you want.
The second set up to set up your teams in the organization. Look at who’s closely working together and invite them to join the platform and take the assessment.
The power from our comes from matching candidates to your existing work environment, to ensure cultural fit & increase the strength of your culture.
So once you have your teams on the platform [NEXT SLIDE]
