Effectively managing a team of 25 HGV Technicians and administration staff to service and retain a fleet of 1200 vehicles
and plant machinery from small generators to 44 tonne articulating road vehicles. Vehicles are conserved to DVSA
standard and conforming to all statutory regulations for road transport, Profit and Loss for the department is managed by
myself along with ensuring KPI’s are met. External contracts for Equipment Maintenance are placed, with Health and
Safety also playing a large part. Regular internal audits to sustain the standards. Purchase of the vehicles and accurate
requirement on these vehicles is carried out by allocating suppliers throughout the country.
 Ensuring all vehicles are delivered on time for contractual purposes and returned as required for end of contract
inspections from multiple sights and successfully conducting quarterly meetings with Board of Directors is
carrying out where KPI’s are discussed and Targets explained.
 Accountability for all Vehicles and legislation, efficiently purchase and sales of the vehicles as well as all contracts
