Full budget responsibility for $19M PA and 90+ headcount.
Achievements:
 Designed restructure which delivered over $750K PA in savings.
 Led team through LEAN focus event on Aluminium strapping across two sites which delivered over

Following successful implementation of Distribution Centre joined LeanFox to develop and implement
corporate wide Lean systems and processes.
Asked to relocate by previous National Business Manager to operate MARS Food operation.

recognised by being awarded MARS Supplier of the Year Award – two years running.
