Cx Pilots Ikigai- How To Hack Employee Engagement
1. know your employee and customer, prepare well for their experience 1
(Know your employee and customer, prepare well for their experience)
IKIGAI
2. know your employee and customer, prepare well for their experience 2
Ikigai is a Japanese concept meaning “reason for being.”
It encompasses joy, a sense of purpose and meaning and
a feeling of well-being.
The word derives from:
iki, meaning life and kai, meaning the realization of hopes
and expectations.
3. know your employee and customer, prepare well for their experience 3
CX Pilots works with companies to help them find their
employee’s individual and organization’s collective IKIGAI.
WHY?
• It increases everyone’s level of awareness, presence and fulfillment
• Companies who know more about what engages their employees, can keep their employees
more engaged—more engaged employees are what power the world’s best companies.
• It increases the level and quality of collaboration
• It enables the company and employee to find better ways to get more from one another.
• It helps the company and employee both learn more about how to grow, lead and prosper
4. know your employee and customer, prepare well for their experience 4
Ikigai examines the intersections of:
PROFESSION: what you’re good at doing
PASSION: what you love to do
VOCATION: what you can be paid for doing
MISSION: what the world needs from you
…then finds meaningful patterns in what individuals put into and get out of each
… then finds meaningful patterns in how to collectivize this information in a way that
increases everyone’s level of awareness, presence and fulfillment
…so that the company and each employee continually gain more from one another
