 Project : DEWA Mushrif Pumping Station – DUBAI UAE
 Position: Project Engineer – Development and Commissioning
“DEWA – DUBAI Electricity and Water Authority” - Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) was
formed on 1 January, 1992, by a decree issued by the late Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum
to merge Dubai Electricity Company and Dubai Water Department, which had been operating
independently before then. Both organisations were established by the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed
Al Maktoum in 1959. Dubai Government fully supported the Electricity Company and the Water
Department to provide Dubai’s citizens and residents with a continuous and reliable supply of
electricity and water.
Responsibilities: Development of RSLogix 500 PLC, Review 32 SCADA logic preparation and
commissioning of the pumping station system. Project cycle follow up and Sequence of operation
development in PLC and SCADA graphics preparation and commissioning of the same. Handled limit
switches, flow switches, flow transmitters, pressure transmitters, panel view for operator interface,
Allen Bradley Drives, Prosoft PLX31-MBTCB etc.
Achievements: successfully commissioned PLC and RSview 32 SCADA system.
 Project: GASCO at Abhidhabi UAE
 Position: Sr.Engineer Application development & Commissioning
GASCO is an Operating company engaged in the extraction of Natural Gas Liquids NGL from
associated and natural gas. Habshan and BaB a pipeline network which processes and delivering a
marketable product such as methane ethane propane to all over world.
Responsibilities: In charge for development and commissioning of all the Archestra based
Wonderware SCADA systems it covers all the Foxboro SCD2200 RTU Well head cabinets. In the
project implemented application server redundancy, Historian Server redundancy ,OPC interface with
DCS system, SNMP network management, DDE exchange with third party SCADA system and
RADIO communication established for remote RTU interface. Also Made DNP3 communication with
RTU remote stations.
Achievements: successfully project SAT is completed and delivered the system to the customer. GAS
wells are commissioned in the scada system at GASCO Abudhabi.
 Project: DEA Propulsion automation system at France
 Position: Sr.System Engineer
DEA is the ship builder in which propulsion and thruster control system is supplied by GE power
conversion France. This system includes lever control system for port wing star board wing, engineer
control room, local panel etc. beijer touch panel provides the operator interface to the propulsion and
thruster control system.
Responsibilities: In charge for development and testing of all HMI Stations for MARINE
PROPULSION and THRUSTER in beijer electronics software and FAT handover to the customer. C#
script development for all user defined functions of thruster and propulsions in HMIs. VISOR Historian
configuration done for remote monitoring of vessel. Handled Firewalls, router. Modbus
communication established between HMIs and B&R controller for data sharing. Firewall Configuration
and handover after FAT.

Achievements: successfully done DEA project with limited time and got proposal from customer for
pipe line projects. Executed many pipe line projects in sequence.
 Project: ACS For Paint shop Automation System at INDIA
 Position: Sr. Project Engineer – Development and Commissioning
DURR” is one of the world’s leading suppliers of systems, services and products for automobile
companies. The paint shop automation system comprises of Air Handling Unit, Enamel Oven, Baking
Oven, Pre-Treatment, Electro-deposition and Coagulation process. This Conveyor System Has Roller
Beds, Transfer Car, Turn Table, Lifting Table, Elevator Conveyors.
Responsibilities: Development of RSLogix 5000 PLC SCADA logic preparation and commissioning of
conveyor groups Sequence of operation development in PLC and SCADA graphics preparation and
commissioning of the same.Used Profibus communication for communicating with Drives. SEW
drives configured for all types of motors. Used Photo cells,Proximity sensors for conveyors and all
types of conveyors commissioned in the Body shops.
Achievements: successfully commissioned top coat oven primary oven in the body shop.
 Project : ACS for Rubber compounding machineries in INDIA

“M/S.TVS Sundaram industries limited” is a globally recognized,integrated Rubber
Manufactoring Company having Division for mixing and weighing system. This Control
System includes Limit Switches, Solenoid Valves, Barcode scanner, weigh scale etc.
This System has RS factory talk SE SCADA with VB for Report Generation.
Responsibilities: Development of RSLogix 5000 PLC SCADA logic preparation and commissioning of
Chemical station, oil station, carbon station and kneader station. Project life cycle follow up and
Sequence of operation development in PLC and SCADA graphics preparation and commissioning of
the same .Handled Bar code sensors, solenoid valves, limit switches, weigh scale etc. Allen Bradley
Factory Talk view SE SCADA system configured and commissioned. used TCP/IP communication
for all remote operator stations.
