the drawings, ensure it is been in line with project requirement and in

o Ensure drawing are updated to fit newly approved modifications for
As-Built drawings.
o Ensure the availability of adequate resources (manpower and material)
for the execution of assigned job.
o Reduce the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity
o Interact with client and consultant regarding the status of work
o I have been controlled more than 150 Employees under me including
Engineers.
o Ensure all the documentations are being done.
o Ensure all the invoices are raised on time and payment been done. If
it is having any problem sort it out immediately.
o Enable testing and commissioning of all mechanical installations
Design & Estimation:
o Designing of HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing system with all
necessary calculations.
o Working knowledge of Duct sizing, pump head calculations, Fan Static
Calculation, Heat load calculation.
o Estimation of Fire Fighting, Plumbing and HVAC Projects.
o Good experience in QCDD inspection procedures and documentation.
o Knowledge in NFPA Standards and Plumbing Codes.
