Ltd., Wada, India. • Project Scope - PLC and SCADA Application development for automation of Sponge Iron plant and Commissioning. • Process - Process involved raw materials such as Iron ore and coal coming from conveyor line is mixed & heated in rotary Kiln for approximate 1000 degree Celsius. Roller Press Automation – Orient Cements, Devapur, India. • Project Scope - PLC and SCADA application development for automation of Roller Press and Commissioning. • Process - Raw materials Lime Stone, Clinker, Gypsum, will be grinded in the roller press machine by subjecting it to immense pressure, producing micro-cracks in the material as well as a substantial amount of fine material. Storm Water Drainage and Sewerage System Phase-1 for Oil Water Separators – JXB/103B - DWC Airport, Dubai, UAE. • Project Scope - Engineering, Application development, testing and commissioning of Storm Water and Sewerage System of Oil Water Separator Systems and Commissioning. • Process – The process of the Oil water separators is to separate the oil mixed in the water which is coming from the Airport. Oil will be separated from the water through the trays arranged in the chambers and will be stored in the storm water tank. The process will be controlled through the Float switches to drain the tank and oil will be pumped to the oil tankers. Gas detectors and Water quality sensors are used to monitor the oil and water quality. • Automation - Automated using Rockwell Control Logix PLC 30. TSE Network for Irrigation System – Lusail CP5B – Lusail City, Qatar • Project Scope – Design, Engineering, Application development and Testing for RTU based TSE Network of MOV Irrigation system. • Process – The process of the irrigation network is supplying the Treated Sewage water to different areas of the Lusail city. Motorized valve will be useful to circulate the treated water to gardens, villas and parks available in the city. These MOV‘s are controlled through the float switches, where flow and pressure will monitored in the SCADA. • Automation - Automated using Schneider SCADAPack RTU 31. New Doha Port Project Sewage Treatment Plant 1 & 2 – NPP/0026 – Doha, Qatar • Project Scope - Design, Engineering, Application development and Testing of Sewage Treatment Plants 1 & 2. • Process – The process of the sewage treatment plant and water pumping station is to pump the water which is stored in the Lifting Station Tanks and passed to MBR system.
