 Served as the Environmental Specialist in the USAID’s Bangladesh-Burma Joint Rohingya Strategy formulation team.
 Formulated an IEE & Climate Risk Screening Matrix for the mission’s Environment and Disaster Portfolio (US$ 125 million/2019-2023).
 Guided USAID Bangladesh’s Natural Resource Management (NRM) Sector Assessment 2019.
 Supervised USAID Bangladesh’s Tropical Forestry and Biodiversity Analysis 2016.
 Eagle Award for performing as the coordinator for the Rohingya response programming at Cox’s Bazar.

 Undertaking desk and field-based environmental compliance monitoring of any project in the environment portfolio.

 Integrating climate risk management in the program and project design cycle through desk-based study and field monitoring.
2. Feb’15– Mar’17 (2 Years 2 Months) : Environmental Management Coordinator – USAID/Bangladesh
 Served as the Project Manager/ Alt. Project Manager for - Gobeshona; Tiger Conservation; MoEFCC’s Capacity Building and Arranayk

PROSHAR (Program for Strengthening Household Access to Resources), a USAID’s Office of Food for Peace (FFP) funded program
implemented by ACDI/VOCA in collaboration with PCI in Bangladesh
 Supervised appropriate implementation of IEE and EMMP conditions in coordination with all program staff;

 Maintained effective collaboration with the relevant department of GoB, INGOs and other partners at divisional, district and upazila level;
