Job Description: Engineering Department (Apr 2014 – May 2016)
In-charge in conducting engineering evaluations and experiments for quality, process and design
improvement, cost reduction purposes, new supplier and new part / material approval.
In-charge of Failure Analysis of defective product, assembly and sub-assembly from production line, OBA
and Customer/Market (RMA) and implement short and long term solutions.
Handles significant machines use in production, conducting evaluations and qualifications, troubleshooting
and maintenance.
In-charge in generation of Work Instruction, Manufacturing process, special instructions, working standards,
Potential Failure Mode and effect Analysis (PFMEA).
Monitors daily production quality status and provide immediate actions and countermeasures to prevent high
rejection rate.
Generates and implement ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and PCN (Process Change Notice)
Conducts supplier audit to assure the quality of supplied parts and for supplier new line and new model
qualifications.
Outlines the team’s strategy and projects to achieve the assigned Department KPI’s, monitors it’s progress
and amend as necessary
Generates team activities to improve quality, productivity and reliability of the product
Check and supervise daily activities and schedules of subordinates.
2. Prepares weekly and monthly Quality Report and Team Performance Report
Develops members training/education plans in consultation with superiors for continuous levelling
Implements and enforces the company’s code of conduct, policies and provisions
Job Description: Research and Development/New model Development (Apr 2011 – Mar 2014)
Prepares new model development schedule/planning from design review to product launching.
Conducts design review by analyzing new model prototype and layout, propose and execute design
improvements to meet customer requirements.
Plan and execute pre-productions – prepare all materials needed, supplier sub-assembly lines, jigs and
machines to be needed in mainline and operators’ manpower.
Improves new model quality and manufacturing processes until meeting the desired acceptable mass
production level
Conducts failure analysis and reliability testing and implement countermeasures in order to meet quality
targets and customer requirements.
Prepares timely development progress report and make constant communications to different departments
and to our HQ to discuss current status and plans and resolve arising issues.
Evaluation and approval of press and injection parts, sub-materials, sub-assemblies, parts modifications,
new materials and new supplier
In-charge in supplier audit for new line and new model qualification and 4M change
Generation and implementation of MCN (Mold Change Notice), ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and PCN

Conduct analysis of reject product/assemblies and other abnormalities encountered in production line and
implement countermeasures.
Conduct pre-production, experiments and test run on new parts, sub-materials, machines and processes.
Perform data analysis using 7 QC Tools.
Prepare, maintain and review test/experiment records.
Assist our Japanese Engineers in set-up, testing, inspection, adjusting and evaluation of equipment and
assemblies to ensure conformance w/ product specifications and tolerances.
Daily monitoring of productivity and quality status, initiate immediate countermeasures if abnormality occurs.
Conduct failure analysis of the defective product from daily production of the customer and directly
communicate with them concerning quality, productivity and delivery status of our product.
4. Job Description: Line Technician (Aug 2000 – Feb 2002)
Diagnose cause of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform corrective and
preventive maintenance.
Makes and execute preventive maintenance schedule of machines/equipment.
Perform equipment set-up, troubleshooting, repair, machine correlation and verification.
Make improvements and modifications of machines/processes in production line to improve Quality and
Productivity.
Provides working manual for newly set-up machines.
