Leadership:      Developed and setup Supplier notification guidelines in resolving defective parts issues with
over 120 suppliers, quality assurance and quality control instructions, process improvement and lean
manufacturing systems. I have been thru 16 new product launches and a new plant startup.

Educator/Mentor:         Designed the initial Customer Engineering Response form and log for the Nissan VRAP.
This resulted in the Supplier understanding the problem sooner thus getting a quicker response and problem
solving steps for the root cause started along with the 8D within 24-48 hours. Provide hands on training in
problem solving and “Value Added”. Results are reduced product discrepancies, rework reduction, scrap
reduction and customer satisfaction.


RESULTS: Cost savings after Team and problem solving training resulted in a 10% increase in productivity,
15% decrease in scrap and 10% decrease in labor.
