Temperature Sensors, Body Actuators, Switches, Accelerator Pedal Sensors , body control unit ,
remote key entry ,CAPE & FCM and supplying to automobile industries (Export & OEM) all major
car manufacturers like Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra REVA, Ashok Leyland,

Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for overall Manufacture Process & maintenance of SMT Line ,BCM and RKE.,
 To meet the customer requirement, as per plan.
 Rejection control and analysis through daily quality meeting and quick response to the
problems.
 To maintain OEE of AMS ( automatic mounting system) and FMS(flexible mounting system.)
 Responsible for taking CAPA (corrective action and preventive action )againt quality related
observation for in-house and customer.
 Responsible for customer , QMS and EMS and internal audits .
 Responsible for sample planning , production and full run and run at the rate tests for new
projects.
 Having knowledge of Traceability upto product and components level through iTac ( internal
system for traceability and control)( software used in hella).
 Having knowledge of press fit technology ( substitute of soldering.)
 Having Knowledge of multifunctional depanellization like saw and milling made by asys.
 Having knowledge of automatic end of line tester of BCM & RKE.
 Having Knowledge of fully automated logistic box for RKE and BCM made by IPTE, China.
 Having knowledge of automatic laser marking to create Data Matrix Code to ensure complete
traceability and control on each and every station.
Having knowledge of engraving type marking on product.


• Responsible of complete maintenance of PLC based special purpose machines (SPM).
• Responsible for different types of machine, like Speedo Meter pointer driving machine, Wave
Soldering, Auto calibration, inspections stages etc.,
• Responsible for complete maintenance of SMT Line.& spare part management.
• Hands on experience of different types of soldering machines like wave soldering ,reflow ,CNC
Coil Winding Machine etc..
• Responsible for the documentation of ISO/TS 16949,OHSAS 18001,ISO14001 records.
• Designing concept of various Gauges, Fixtures required for development product.
• Finding out possibility of Poke Yoke & Kaizen in existing & new line , new fixtures &
implementation of the same.
• Implementing systems & cycle time study , line balancing, increasing production.

• Analysis of preventive & predictive maintenance .
• Implement varies type energy ,water & diesel saving activity in our plant.
