Position: Finance Cum HR Manager.
Main Duties:
- Establish, manage and responsible for all activity of the Financial/Accounting and HR.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all issues of Accounting and HR
department, included providing support to HQ and Board of Management on all operational and
strategic issues as they arise.
- Reporting to Management (GM/GD) and analysis involving budget, forecast and analysis
actual performance. Ensure the compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards as well as
Group Finance /Accounting policies and reporting deadlines.
- Being in charge all of statutory reporting requirements. Liaise with external auditor on statutory
audit. Ensure the compliance with local accounting (VAS) and tax regulations.
- Preparing and responsible including: P&L statements, balance sheets, general ledger, cash-
flow reports, trial balance…) according to VN legal and Group’s Management requirements.
- Preparing and responsible on monthly/quarterly/yearly for Tax reports such as VAT, FCT, PIT,
CIT according to compliance with Vietnam Tax laws requirements.
- Prepare action plan with PDCA methodology (PDCA = Plan, Do, Act, Check)
- Analyze yearly financial result, and all aspects of financial data to provide useful insights on
company financial fund.
- Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations
relating to accounting matters.
- Working directly thru E-mail, Skype daily with oversea headquarter to meet the management’s
requirements of the jobs.
- Perform internal reporting (follow Group’s format reports) and analysis as required by
Management in the Group.
- Setting all HR/Admin jobs such as: Payroll calculation, Insurance, labor, company policies,
prepare for labor contract related employees and employers...ect..
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, annual salary reviews and
bonus payouts, promotions, ad-hoc payments and/or deductions etc…
- Fully in charge of the relationship with Social Insurance and Labor departments.
- Management and administration all work related to the accounting and human
resources/admin.
- On behalf of the company to make periodic reports to the Taxation Department, Labor and
Insurance Office, Statistics Office, Department of Planning and Investment… in accordance as
laws Vietnam requirements.
- On behalf of the director to solving the problems in Vietnam. (If any)

- Prepare and responsible for P/L, B/S, GL, TB reports monthly, quarterly, yearly to
management board related accounting jobs.
- Prepare and responsible on monthly/quarterly/yearly for Tax reports (CIT/ PIT/ VAT…ect) and
submit on time according compliance with Vietnam law.
- Liaises well with bankers, auditors, lawyers, tax authorities and other Government State.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
- Checking and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-
overruns.
- Control A/R & A/P and reports to manager monthly.
- Assists, cooperation with internal and external auditors in ensuring that audits are completed
on time by the year as well as handle annual for tax reports.
- Checking examine the legality of vouchers, invoices from suppliers in the local and oversea.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- In charge of debts collections.
- Transactions with banks (TT Payment, Loan records, disbursement, L/C…)
- Compare and check the local and oversea debt with balance.
- Report daily increase or decrease cash flow (cash, bank deposits, bank statement…)
- Perform monthly reconciliation for all intercompany accounts and major accounts payable.
- Other reports to Statistics Office, Department of Planning and Investment, Labor and
Insurance Office…ect..

Main Duties: - Establish, manage and responsible for all activity of the Financial/Accounting and HR. - Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all issues of Accounting and HR department, included providing support to HQ and Board of Management on all operational and strategic issues as they arise. - Reporting to Management (GM/GD) and analysis involving budget, forecast and analysis actual performance. Ensure the compliance with local accounting (VAS) and tax regulations. - Preparing and responsible including: P&L statements, balance sheets, general ledger, cash- flow reports, trial balance…) according to VN legal and Group’s Management requirements. - Preparing and responsible on monthly/quarterly/yearly for Tax reports such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT according to compliance with Vietnam Tax laws requirements. - Prepare action plan with PDCA methodology (PDCA = Plan, Do, Act, Check) - Analyze yearly financial result, and all aspects of financial data to provide useful insights on company financial fund. - Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations relating to accounting matters. - Working directly thru E-mail, Skype daily with oversea headquarter to meet the management’s requirements of the jobs. - Perform internal reporting (follow Group’s format reports) and analysis as required by Management in the Group. - Setting all HR/Admin jobs such as: Payroll calculation, Insurance, labor, company policies, prepare for labor contract related employees and employers...ect.. - Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, annual salary reviews and bonus payouts, promotions, ad-hoc payments and/or deductions etc… - Fully in charge of the relationship with Social Insurance and Labor departments. - Management and administration all work related to the accounting and human resources/admin. - On behalf of the company to make periodic reports to the Taxation Department, Labor and Insurance Office, Statistics Office, Department of Planning and Investment… in accordance as laws Vietnam requirements. - On behalf of the director to solving the problems in Vietnam.
