AS A ACCOUNTANT.(UAE Experience)
 Preparation of Cash Flow, preparation of budgeted Cash Flow.
 Co-ordinate internal and external audits.
 Dealing with Banks
 Preparation of Commercial Invoices for Local and Export Sales.
 Payments to Creditors through Cheques, Bank Drafts, Online Transfer and
Telegraphic Transfers.
 Valuation of Purchase
 Preparation and Checking of Bank Payment Vouchers, Purchase Journal
Vouchers, Sales Vouchers, Journal Vouchers and Cash Payment Vouchers.
 Co-ordinate with supplier for order processing and ensuring timely delivery.
 Preparation of Employees Salary.
 Preparation of Vacation and Final Settlements.
 Reconcile the Customer ledgers.
 Allocate the Provisions for expenses.

 Follow up Collections and Debtors reconciliation.
 Checking customer's credit ratings with banks
 Deciding whether or not to offer the credit (can be the tricky part)
 Setting up the terms and conditions of the loan
 Dealing with internal queries about payments
 Ensuring customers pay on time
 Negotiating re-payment plans
As a General Accountant
 Apart from performing General accounts responsibilities I was also responsible
for the making EOBF list of Employees,
 Payroll accounts.
 Maintain the account receivable and Account Payable Ledger.
 Preparation of the balance sheet, profit and loss statement.
