Research has shown that the heat reflectivity of ZINCALUME steel is superior than that of Galvanised steel, which tends to weather more, resulting in less reflection and more heat being absorbed and emitted in to the building. A roof made from ZINCALUME steel will reflect a larger amount of sunlight over a longer period, thus keeping the interior of the building cooler than with a roof made from tiles or Galvanised steel.
