• Support Brand VP of Asia to develop brand strategy and marketing plan for MTV and Nickelodeon in
China. Build brand awareness and ensure consistency of brand message.
• Responsible for 360-degree media campaign and strategic marketing activities
• Project management: planning, vendor selection and management, event set up monitoring, track and
update event budgets and conduct event evaluation
• Branding strategy, content diversification and campaigns development on digital media.
• Liaise with clients, coordinate complex and cross-functional tasks and guarantee assigned tasks are
accomplished in high quality, timely and accurate manner.
• Support Asia and Global marketing team in the launch and promotion of international and cross regional
event, e.g. MTV EMA, VMA, KCA.
• Develop media and cross-brand network in China.
Significant Achievement:
• vivo mobile phone launches (2013-2016, Xplay, X3, X5Max, X6, Xplay3, X7, X9, Xplay6)
– This is client tailor-made event which held at The Water Cube National Swimming Center with over
1200 audiences. A successful launch and massive promotion made X6 sales result has reached 2
million per month.

– I was responsible for planning, vendor selection, budget control, venue selection, event design and
execution, media invitation, managing on-line registration and hospitality, assisting with video webcast
etc.
• MTV VJ Hunt (Feb – Nov, 2012)
– A VJ contest show through online registration and voting, on-the-ground semifinal and final
competition in 3 cities, 3 winners became MTV signing artists.
– I was responsible for project planning, supervising graphic/website/stage design, execution semifinal
and final competition in all areas.
– The competition had over 700 applicants, 450,000 voting, 2.2m PV and 340k UV, and had more than
40,000 related Weibo. TV broadcasting reached 130million audiences,
• CCTV MTV Music Award (21st
Aug 2012)
- CCTV MTV Music Award is a Chinese annual pop music television awards which brings together top
musicians from the mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, producing international standard music
awards for the audience.
- I participated in 2012 and responsible for vendor selection; Red Carpet design, set up and execution;
Ticket Management; Back Stage Interview management; etc. I was collaborating with cross-functional
teams and also worked closely with sponsors and CCTV to ensure event effectiveness and far exceed
their expectations.
- There were over 800 pieces of reports on the event with PR value at more than 4m RMB. Among Cable
Viewers in 15 key markets, 10,981,123 viewers have been reached by the premiere episode.
• HNA fortune 500 Award (January 28th
, 2016)
– A client tailor-made award ceremony to celebrate HNA step into Global Fortune Top 500.
Simultaneous broadcasting in Beijing, Shanghai, Haikou and Hong Kong. I was responsible for whole
project management.
