Tasked with booking in deliveries via the phone, unloading and inspection of received goods,
sorting and storing of goods received ensuring quality and safety standards are meet at all
times.
Using PC tools such as LIMS for the inspection and recording findings of foil and PVC
products.
JD Edwards for booking in product and transferring once inspected.
Daily use of measuring equipment such as Vernier and Micrometer to for fill inspection
requirements. Also used overlay and Panton / Rall colour charts on inspection of Cartons and
Leaflets.
Roller truck operator able to unload and load HGV, and the transferring of palletized goods

Production Maintenance Operator
Based in a clean room environment, where gowning up procedures and personal hygiene are of
vital importance against the risk of cross contamination.
Operating alone maintaining and repairing production equipment for the manufacturing of
filtration systems.
Cleaning all components associated with filter manufacturing i.e. Stamp heads, chill cups, jaws
etc.
Replenishing of production tooling and ancillaries throughout the various stages of production
process.

Team leader working in a world class moulding department supervising complete start to finish production
methods (H&S, Quality, Setting, Production goals, Budget management, Training).
• Acted as out of hour’s plant co-ordinator – first person of contact in emergency situation.
• Completed Risk Assessments for the department highlighting any areas or procedures that could
cause injury to employees’ or damage to company property.
• Trained First Aid person and Fire Officer. In a team covering the entire plant to ensure First Aid was
administered as quickly as possible. St Johns Ambulance trained. Fire Officer / Out of hours Co-
ordinator working within a team in the event of a fire. Liaising with outside emergency services.
• Planned and prioritised the day-to-day running of busy moulding department to ensure production
and quality targets were met.
• Reduced production set up times and costs through lean manufacturing giving us a saving of between
10 – 15%.
• Member of BBS team (Behavioural Based Safety) carrying out safety audits throughout the plant.
Started in 2010, immediate reduction in incidents which gave us improved safety and efficiency.
