Subject: Oscar Nomination
Hi Patrick,
Hope the year has kicked off to great start for you and yours.
Tshikhudo, Kathy and I have nominated Nuns Chetty (Team Leader at PP) for an oscar award.
Following Cedrics promotion to BB, Nuns acted in the unit manager position. The main reason for
this was that Desiree (his replacement) from soap manufacturing could not be moved
immediatley due to swing implementation. With Norman and I fully involved with Unity, Nuns was
left to manage the daily operations. Most notable was the phenomenol job he did in lifting the
OEE 4% form Q2 to 64% in Q3 and sustained in Q4. This was one of the most stand out
performances we've seen on site this year and is fully deserving of such reward. We will send
through the paper work once we have your approval in principal.
Regards
Larry
