●-[1 years 2 months (2014 till now)] of experience as Core and
Switching Network Engineer (IGW Project) in Ericsson
TelecommunicationAl-Awsat Company.
●- Participated in hardware installation of (TSS and IS) Ericsson
equipment for Zayouna, Mamoon and Basra sites.
●- Coordinating with Ericsson support team in different duties, rising
CSR’s and coordinating to reach the optimal solution, especially in
replacing faulty boards of (TSS 4.0 & IS MGW 2.0).
●- Coordinatingand handling tasks with Vanrise (ITPC International
Carriers Coordinating Company) to solve various issues (SS7 E1’s
configuration, Faulty and silent E1’s optimal treatment, b-number
analysis and Barring A&B number tables’ modification upon
requests).
●- Coordinating and handling tasks with Iraqi GSM operators
(Asiacell, Zain, Korek and Omnnea) to solve the issues mentioned in
the previous point.
●- Preparing scripts and loading them for the monthly routing plan of
IGW international carriers.
●- Gave lectures to ITPC switching department employees for the
Training Courses that held in (High Institute of Telecommunication
and Post) in Baghdad (July, 2013), my given courses were:
* TSS 4.0 Signaling.
* TSS 4.0 Fault Finding.
●- Train, help and guide teammate employees in Iraqi Governorates
that cooperate in the same project.
●- Make periodic backups of Ericsson (APG, CP and IS) equipment
for all of ITPC IGW nodes.
●- Give the local support to ITPC Switching department employees in
the site.
●- Monitoring traffic and daily reporting.
