 Outage reconciliation of prime opco & validate it with NOC
outage report, Closing dispute with opco & MS on daily
basis.
 Publishing graphical representation of daily network
performance with high-lighting major outage contributing
sites and Publishing cluster performance tracker of cluster In
charge on daily basis.
 Every month preparing outage sign off with operator having
KPI.
 Updating & Publishing halted tracker , Opco details tracker
and Updating Site assets details on time to time.
 Preparing ORM presentation as per O&M requirement &
Tracking approval from Opco’s for planned Outage
Activities.
