company is the most famous brands in IT/phone field all over the world like Apple, HP, IBM, Dell,
Asus, Cisco, Acer….

Position: Partnership Affair Manager
Number of employees: 15 peoples
Main responsibility:
- Manage and monitor all the activities related to reporting and claim funding / rebate /
incentive programs, marketing development funding with all vendors. Contribute in create
more profit/margin and added value for business activities.
- Submit sell out and inventory report to vendor weekly/monthly. Responsibility to work with
vendors about the audit or stock count.
- Responsibility to process all claim funding with vendors like signing the supporting funding
agreement, monitor to meet the mechanism program, submit the claim documents with
vendors, assure funding paid on time.
- Manage and deploy all rebate /incentives/ discount programs, promotion programs for the
dealers (or customers) to expedite and promote sales volume.
- Cooperate with marketing and communication department to make the proposal marketing
plan for all vendors, deploy marketing program like event, demo, PR…..

Manager to make forecast, loading orders, resolve all the issues related vendor’s delivery
cargoes, assurance schedule delivery met the business demand).
- Manage and execute all promotion programs to speed up sell-out or the rebate programs for
the resellers/dealers, and PR-marketing activities.
