Main tasks in these positions:
- Sales: negotiate room rates, services within booking guidelines; make proposal; confirm all
clients’ requirements via sales contract.
- Conventions (meetings, banquets, etc): take guests for specific inspection; work with event
companies; process functions into system; co-ordinate with head sales office in Hochiminh
& involved departments in hotel to make guests’ events successful; be a focal point
between guests & hotel for functions; monitor the functions at-site.
- Chase debts.
Key achievement:
- Sales revenue: USD20,000 just in one month working in Sheraton NT; USD150,000 for
Vinpearl although sales are mainly handled by HCMC head sales office.
