Interests
Outside of work I am passionate about our endemic and native birds and plants and have volunteered
as a guide on Tiritiri Matangi and was involved with the initial Kawau Island re-vegetation project. I am
a keen gardener, and undertook 2 years of study through Massey University in horticulture and
landscape design. In my leisure time I enjoy trying to keep on top of the wilderness I laughingly call
my garden, up-cycling of old furniture and doing arts and crafts.
