Throughout my years of engagement in this area I develop teachers guide and different educational
materials for Early Childhood Development Education- text books, parents guide, workbooks for the
students of BRAC Pre-primary Schools and instructional materials for the teachers and supervisory staff.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities and staff. Oversee the program
budget. Review, update, and implement the ECE curriculum to meet required standards. Monitor progress
of the programme according to agreed monitoring checklist and works with research. Maintain a liaison
with Bangladesh Government regarding ECD programme operation. Support to get a hold of community
attention regarding Early Childhood Development Education in Bangladesh. Managing staffs and follow
up the programme rigorously.
