 The embassy building of dimension 76x40m with 6 storeys was analyzed by Orion software and
designed using Euro code. The building has basement of 3.5m height and steel canopy of
6m.The design and drawing was reviewed by independent checker. Raft Foundation was
designed based on the Soil investigation report.
PROJECT : Diplomatic Enclave Phase 3
Client : Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd
 The project consists of 14 blocks, out of 14 blocks, 3 blocks are shop lots and 11 are residential
houses. The dimension of the shop lot is 90x30m and residential is 73x30m. The analysis and
design of was carried out using Orion software and using BS 8110.Pile foundation was designed
based on the S.I borehole data.
