Services. I was tasked with addressing a large number of performance issues
with staff, to introduce systemic changes to the joint health and social care
team, to recruit and appoint in order to tackle the high vacancy rates in the
team.
My role consists of introducing and implementing work procedures and
processes in accordance with community care practices. I manage both
health (Norfolk Community & Health Care) and social care staff (Norfolk
