interest groups, providing substance and sexual abuse counseling, educational assistance
and solutions in understanding behavior challenges with neurodegenerative disorders.
 Counsel family members and assisting them in understanding, dealing with, and supporting
their family members.

Founded and directed a non-profit equine-facilitated therapy program that served over twenty-
five students diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our program, A.S.A.P. was family orientated
and grandparents with Alzheimer’s disease could participate in our program with remarkable
results. Our acronym became inclusive of individuals with Alzheimer’s.
Program
 Developed our equine facilitated sensory integration program and life-coaching program
for families and individuals on the autism spectrum or with behavior challenges. Our
primary focus was personal development through equine facilitated therapy, sensory
integration, and expressive arts for our over thirty families.
 Guide clients in the development of skills or strategies for dealing with their problems
through equine and expressive arts modalities.
 Counsel family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, or supporting
clients or patients through parenting classes, in person and online communications.
 Evaluated the effectiveness of counseling programs on clients' progress in resolving
identified problems and moving towards defined objectives through documented,
measurable results.
 Included family members with other cognitive challenges including Alzheimer’s and
dementia to benefit from our program demonstrating results through video documented
measurable results.
 Supervised other counselors, social service staff, assistants, or graduate students in
equine therapy, expressive arts, and sensory integration coaching.
