Develop the Master Gantt Chart and lead the transferring of the shipping point from
Southaven, MS to Laredo, TX warehouse related to OE products for FORD.
Implement in the Quality Assurance department all the procedures and activities required by
ISO/TS 16949.

approved the surveillance audit in February 2012 including all transferred from Reynosa.
The customer complaints metric has had a favorable trend. It has been improved from 961

Assure the accomplishment of Quality Standards of processed loads in Heat Treatment
furnaces of Linamar Nuevo Laredo Plant through the hardness tests and different
metallurgical studies which are developed in the Metallurgical Laboratory.
Coordinate and follow up with the three Business Units the integration of Internal Corrective /
Preventive Actions through the 8Ds methodology until each single action is completed.
Assure all the measuring machines (CMMs, Gear Analyzers, Profilometers, Harness Testers,
Stereoscopes, Microscopes, etc.) of Laboratories are maintained in optimal conditions and
with their current calibrations.
With the support of Metrology Laboratory Supervisors assure an appropriate verification and
calibration system of all the gauges used in the production lines, and assure the development
of R&R studies (MSA), correlation studies an special studies.
With the support of the Quality System Supervisor assure an appropriate annual schedule of
internal audits ISO/TS 16949.
Work together with Human Resources department in order to schedule all trainings required
by ISO/TS 16949 and different customers, for example, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, AMEF,
MSA, SPC), BIQS, etc. All involved employees are considered including Internal Auditors.
Assure that the Customer Specific Requirements are incorporated in Linamar Quality System
by Quality Systems Supervisor.
Coordinate the integration of the monthly presentation of Management Review.
Assure that CQI-9 and CQI-15 assessments are integrated and updated yearly on time by the
Metallurgical Laboratory Supervisor (Metallurgical Engineer).
Review the Customer Portals on a daily basis in order to verify the Linamar performance and

Cero non-conformances in external audits ISO/TS 16949 and customers audits (2015 and
