Worked as Director—Quality with Seinumero group of companies in Pune India. They won “Best Vendor” award from HONDA amongst many other. Productivity also was improved by using several LEAN techniques like SMED, Poka Yoke, Kaizen and DoE. Was COO with Jagadamba Auto Components Ltd. in Pune India. Got to learn TPM from Prof. Yamaguchi of JIPM. After implementation, not only the quality as well as the productivity improved but also, the company won first prize in Kaizen contest conducted by Bajaj Auto Ltd.
