increase the employability of students.

to understand the usage.
Every class will include 1
hour for writing skills and 1
hour for delivering
speeches/Extempore.

SL/ED/PD/02 Personality Development Pre- requisite: NIL Total Contact hours- 14x2= 38 hours (Minimum) PURPOSE To enhance the development of students with holistic approach and increase the employability of students. Read Newspapers, use the new words to form sentences to understand the usage. Every class will include 1 hour for writing skills and 1 hour for delivering speeches/Extempore. DATE TOPICs COVERED ACTIVITIES Howdo I channelize (use) my energy? 1. Introduction ( write up) 2. Personality assessment questionnaire. 3. Introvert/Extrovert (discussion) 4. Discussion about Industry/Job we are trying to tap (approach) 5. Assignment- Improvement in write-up and preparing to speak about it for 4-5 minutes. SelfAnalysis 1. SWOT Analysis 2. Discussion on improvement of body language,intrinsic/extrinsic factors,attitude,motivation 3. Sentences (Grammar) 4. Table topics 5. Assignment- Prepare SWOT, SelfAnalysis 1. Maslow Hierarchy of Needs 2. MTI- Mother tongue influence, tongue twisters 3. Parts of speech 4. Assignment: Write 5 year plans for yourself, long term goals, short term goals
