The audit found non-uniform cooling and hot spots in one server room, indicating overprovisioning of cooling in the other rooms. The design was also not up to standards. Recommendations included addressing air leakage, blockages, and hot/cold aisle mixing; upgrading insulation and tiles; and reducing dust. Cooling was found to exceed power needs.
