2.  Fair trial is an integral part of Art 21 of the
Constitution of India.
 The right fair trial is a norm of international
human law and also adopted by many countries
in their procedural law.
 The concept of fair trial is a based on the basic
ideology that state and its agencies have the duty
to bring the offender before the law.

3.  Art 10(i) Everyone is entitled in equality to a fair
and public hearing by an independent.
 Art 11(ii) Every one charged with a penal offence
has the right to be presumed innocent until proved
guilty according to law in a public trial. .
Art 14 Every one shall be entitled to fair and public
hearing by a competent independent. .

independent and impartial tribunal.
