Everyone has right to seek
and to enjoy in other countries
Asylum from persecution.

4. Article 14 (2)
This right may not be invoked in the case
of prosecutions genuinely arising from
from non political crimes or from acts
contrary to to the purposes and
principles of the United Nations.

5. Explanation
According to the article 14 of the (UDHR) anyone can
get asylum in other countries, if he is political victim
it basic human right to get asylum.
But, this Asylum is limited, one can not get
advantage of this Asylum if he is criminal other than
political crime, means he should be involved in
political issue.

1. Altaf MQM is getting advantages of
Asylum in India now days.
2. Nawaz Sharif PMLN is also in asylum
getting advantage of article 14 of the
UDHR.

7. Advantages of Article 14
The advantages of the article 14 , is that due to this
article political leaders can be saved from there
enemies which are wicked and dictator in nature.
The other advantage of this article is that the humans
which in the situation facing very high opposition in
politics and wickedness of the government can enjoy
his right og life in other countries.

8. Disadvantages of article 14 of UDHR
 There are many disadvantages of this article but the main
disadvantage of this article is protection to the criminals,
many dictator and tererists has enjoyed this article in the
history.
 Example : now the reports has declared that the Altaf was an
tererist and killer of the thousands of people in Karachi,
getting advantage of this article and living life instead.
