2. About CRIUPA
The center primarily operates as an architecture, planning & design consultancy that also strives to be
academically active by conducting research in urban and regional planning, real estate, urban economics,
housing, poverty, urban governance, building materials, building methods and techniques, architectural
spaces and aesthetics & other allied subjects.
The idea of the center emerges from the commonly accepted practice of a consultancy but extends
outwards in the paradigm of a research unit on one hand and an end to end solution provider on the other.
The center strive to become a centre of excellence by providing solutions which are innovative,
participatory and client centric.
We are team of dedicated Architects and Urban Planners based in Nagpur, with core interest in
contributing to the cities development through our planning and design skills. Currently the organization is
working as an Urban Planning, Architecture and Interior design consultancy.

Pratham is a practicing Architect and Urban Planner. After
completing his Architecture studies in 2011 he worked with
A.B. Dongre Architects, Nagpur as an Assistant Architect
on Educational, Commercial, Industrial, Residential
projects. Later on he went on to pursue higher studies in
Urban planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad,
After completing PG, he worked at Center for Urban Land and Real Estate Policies, Ahmedabad as a
Research Associate on subject of Urban land supply. He then worked at IL&FS Infrastructure Development
Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad as an Urban Planning consultant on various Public Infrastructure projects.
In the year 2016, he started his own full time practice as a partner with CRIUPA - providing Planning,
Architecture and Interior design consultancy.
during which he simultaneously worked as a Teaching Assistant and also attended internship in the Real
Estate Research Service department of Cushman & Wakefield Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon.

Stuti is a practicing Architect and Urban Planner. After
completing her Architecture studies, continued her
advance course of Masters in Planning from National
Institute of Technology, Nagpur. Since 2012, she has
worked with various Architecture, Planning and Interior
designing firms like - AN Design, APA, Ar. Anand Dhopte.
With interest in delivering her already acquired knowledge she worked as an Educator with Excel Interior
Design Institute and started her own initiative - The Urban Lab to impart Urban Planning knowledge to
architecture and civil engineering students through workshops.
In the year 2016, she started her own full time practice as a partner with CRIUPA - providing Planning,
Architecture and Interior design consultancy.

7. Jaykrishnan is a practicing Architect and Urban Planner.
After completing his Architecture studies in 2013 he
worked with A. B. Dongre Architects, Nagpur as an
Architect and worked on site planning, design
development, detailing and execution of residential,
industrial and institutional campuses at Nagpur.
Later he went on to pursue higher studies in Urban planning from CEPT university, Ahmedabad, during
which in his training he worked at Urban Mass Transit Company Limited, Gurgaon, where he majorly
worked on identifying urban and transportation indicators of selected cities across India for the project
‘Knowledge Management Centre’ for MOUD.
After completing PG, he worked at HCP Design, Planning and Management Pvt. Ltd. where he worked on
Development plan for Alang Area Development Authority (AADA), majorly working on developing DCR for
the planning area. In the year 2016, he started his own full time practice as a partner with CRIUPA -
providing Planning, Architecture and Interior design consultancy.

8. Gargi is a practicing Architect and Interior Designer,
graduated in the year 2013.
She started working as an Architect with A. B. Dongre Architects in the year 2013, her work comprised of
site planning and design development of residential, commercial, institutional and healthcare projects.
During this tenure she also worked on detailing in interior projects leading her develop interest in interiors.
In the year 2016, she started her practice as a partner with CRIUPA - providing Planning, Architecture and
Interior design consultancy.

During her education, her thesis ‘Creating Positive Impact
through built Environment for Elderly’ was appreciatively
acclaimed and led her develop further interest in design of
Built Environs.

14. Junction Design: Variety sqr.
The exercise was conducted as an entry for a Junction
design competition floated by Nagpur Municipal
Corporation. It aimed at making the important vehicular
junctions of the city safer, efficient & pedestrian friendly.

15. Green Street Carnival & Pop-up Streets organised by CRIUPA
The Urban Mobility India conference and Expo 2018 held at Nagpur by MoHUA, GIZ supported MoHUA on various
aspects of the conference including organising a public outreach day on 1st Nov 2018. CRIUPA won the competition by
proposing Green Street Carnival and Pop-up streets. Both the events were successfully organised by CRIUPA.

for crisp modern design combined with the clients
requirement of cosy spaces for enjoying every moment
with the joint family were the inspiration for this project.
