1. Overview
Design 8 (Architecture + Landscape Studio and Contractor), full
landscape design planning and build, be founded by four young engineer,
(architect), Kadek Wisnawa (architect), Dwi Meisa Fitri (construction management
Agus Suardika (civil engineer).
Design 8 (Architecture + Landscape Studio and Contractor) was established as an Architecture
and Landscape Studio in Bali in 2014, in response to architectural and landscape planning
opportunities in Bali. The consultant and contractor had handled successfully with some
commercial and private projects, from design planning to construction work. We focused on
tropical design with a traditional typical touch of Bali and offer good quality product.

commercial and private projects, from design planning to construction work. We focused on

Planning and Design
Design and build architecture and landscape project, consist of design drawing and
construction works, where the budget and construction work base on design drawing (concept
plan > preliminary drawings > construction drawing> shop drawing > construction works). We
are not only produce the design, but also the construction works, which is the right choice to
do architecture and landscape construction in one package.
Architecture and landscape design service, complete architectural process for architecture
and landscape design (concept plan > preliminary drawings > tender and construction
drawings > tender stage set of drawings).
Construction and Project Management
Construction works, provide services for construction works of architecture, interior and
landscape design, project costing, bidding and negotiation and do the construction work on site.
Project management, supervising, controlling and checking the construction works, assist the
owner to coordinate the project.

4. Design 8 Team
Putu Kurniawati, ST. is a recent graduate from Udayana
University. She has worked in landscape consultant (PT.
Ciptaning International in 2011), joined in designer team of
government project (Grand Inna Kuta in 2012) and
experience in interior architecture project with Embryo
Design Partnership (2012-2014). She is a member of IAI
(Indonesian Institute of Architect) since 2014. As an author,
she already published her book by Gramedia Pustaka
Utama.
Kadek Wisnawa, ST. MT. completed his master degree in
Urban & Rural Planning, Development & Management
Udayana University, and also has experience in commercial
and residential project. He has been awarded to be 2nd
winner for design competition Balai Budaya Kota Denpasar
in 2015, and 1st winner Low Energy Design Competition in
2009. He is a member of IAI (Indonesian Institute of
Architect) since 2011.
Founder of Vish 3D Artist (2011-2012), Wastu Inti Saka 3D
Visualization (2012-2013), Klumpu Bali Architect (2013-
2014), Treenaya Architect (2014-present).
Dwi Meisa Fitri, ST. is a recent graduate from Udayana
University. She has worked in PT. Bina Karya (Persero) as
Architecture Staff Construction Management for
government project (Grand Inna in 2011-2013), and project
engineer for the other government project in PT. Ciriajasa
CM (Inna Putri Bali Project in 2014). She is a member of IAI
(Indonesian Institute of Architect) since 2014.
Agus Suardika, has experience in controlling and
supervising construction works, and site manager for any
commercial and residential projects, such as Monsieur
Spoon landscape design (2014), Villa Elizabeth landscape
design (2014), and Papagayo Restaurant (2015). He has
worked at PT. Bina Karya (Persero) as Site Supervisor for
government project.
