west .
Which has two gates
One for two wheeler
and one for four
wheeler .
The entrance for two
wheeler gate is
frequently used by the
staff and students.
The parking is design
for around 300 two
wheelers and 10 four
wheelers
The parking is not sufficient for the
vehicles.
Sometimes it becomes difficult to
manage the parking and it creates
chaos.

courtyard with planters
and garden.
Various spaces are
created surrounding the
courtyard.
The building has many
segmental arches at every
doors and windows.
Walls are also decorated
by additional small
columns.
There are planters at
parapet wall.

There are 3 types of staircase in building
Dog legged staircase straight staircase Helical staircase

the staircase are located at the
southern east side of the
building.
The niche created in the building
shape , creates wind ventilation.
The length of the flight
changes as the person
approaches to the landing
The tread of the staircase is
less, so when 2 or 3 people
wants to move up or down
simultaneously ,it creates
problem
There was no need of
giving straight stairs.

There is no boys washroom on the ground floor.
There is no girls washroom in the first floor.
There is no enough space in w/c.
Privacy is not maintain in the boys washroom when
someone is on terrace, washroom can be seen through
the ventilation.
