techniques was done. Clustering was also done to predict the occurrence of breast cancer. The results show
that there is more possibility of developing breast cancer among married working women who have breast fed less than 2.5 years in total.

The sample was selected through random sampling technique. For the sample, 400 married women were selected from different age groups. The study shows medium level of impact of family planning and birth control measures is mostly on women 41-50 years. ABSTRACT- Background: Malnutrition constitutes a major public health concern worldwide and serves as an indicator
of hospitalized patient’s prognosis. Nutritional support is an essential aspect of the clinical management of children
admitted to hospital. Malnutrition has been long associated with poor quality, poor diet and inadequate access to health
care, and it remains a key global health issue that both stems from and contributes to weakness, with 50% of childhood
deaths due to principal under nutrition.
Methods: The present hospital based cross sectional study was conducted in April to Dec 2015 among 300 rural
adolescents of 9-18 years age (146 boys and 154 girls) attending the outpatient department at Patna Medical College and
Hospital, Bihar, India, belonging to the all caste communities. The nutritional status was assessed in terms of under
nutrition (weight-for-age below 3rd percentile), stunting (Height-for-age below 3rd percentile) and thinness (BMI-for-age
below 5th percentile). Diseases were accepted as such as diagnosed by pediatrician, skin specialist and medical officer.
Results: The prevalence of underweight, stunting and thinness were found to be 31%, 22.3% and 30.7% respectively. The
maximum prevalence of malnutrition was observed among early adolescents (23% - 54%) and the most common
morbidities were diarrhoea (16.7%), carbuncle / furuncle (16.7%) and scabies (12%).
Conclusion: Malnutrition among hospitalized under five children and around suffers moderately high rates of
malnutrition. Present nutrition programs attention on education for at risk children and referral to regional hospitals for
malnourished children. Screening tools to classify children at risk of developing malnutrition might be helpful.

Contraception as a method to prevent pregnancy has been used since ancient time by many cultures. In Albania, traditional withdrawal was the preferred choice for many years. Oral contraceptives were legalized in Albania in 1992 and have been distributed free at government health centers since 1993. Nevertheless, Albanian population have more confidence in traditional withdrawal than in modern methods of contraception, emphasizing how little couples know about family planning and the weakness of subsequent family planning education efforts. However, some ethical dilemmas and groups oppose the distribution of contraceptives. This piece of paper will be focused in use of oral contraceptives, benefits, risks and ethical point of view.
Breast cancer is the leading cause of death from cancer among women, accounting for 23% of the total cancer cases and 14% of cancer deaths in 2008. As dietary fat is thought to be one of the main risk factors, this webinar will focus on the opposing effects of the omega-6 fatty acid arachidonic acid (AA) and the omega-3 fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) on factors related to breast cancer risk, development and prognosis, including their influence on cyclooxygenase activity and prostaglandin production, the impact of inflammation within the tissue microenvironment, impact on aromatase and oestrogen production and impact on genetic aspects of breast cancer such as modulation of BRAC1 and BRAC2 genes.

Increase in cases of breast cancer has been a major challenge in the healthcare setting. Additionally, treatments for patients suffering from breast cancer have been inadequate and this has created a major crisis thus leading bad health conditions for people living with breast cancer. Additionally, there has been an alarming increase in the number of patients suffering from breast cancer. This particular question on why the levels of breast cancer have increased has not been answered since this particular disease has been termed as being very complicated to understand mainly because its causes are many. However, this increase in the number of breast cancer cases has been attributed to a number of factors. To start with, screening of breast cancer has been a reason for the rise in breast cancer cases. Previously women were never screened for this particular disease. However, with the introduction of new technology screening has become a common thing. Screening has helped in the detection of breast cancer especially during the early years of development. Therefore anytime there is a screening clinic it is expected that the number of women suffering from the breast will increase.
Secondly, lifestyle changes have also attributed to the rise in breast cancer cases. In the modern day world, women have greatly changed their lifestyles this has been attributed to the growth of their careers and also an increase in women’s income. These changes in status have made women to change their lifestyles this means that they can afford to spend more on leisure and thus engage in activities such as alcoholism. Alcohol is one of the major cause of breast cancer among women also it is known to increase the chances of breast cancer in women. Statistically, it has been proven that an increase in the units of drinking by a woman can lead to an increase in the risk of getting breast cancer. Additionally, eating fast foods has also been a major attribute of breast cancer. Women who tend to have excess weight are at a higher risk of getting cancer when compared to women who have less weight (Polit ,& Beck, 2017).
Other factors that have been known to increase the chances of breast cancer in women include; hormone replacement therapy. The use of hormone replacement therapy has been known to be a predisposing factor for breast cancer. According to research, it was found out that the more the woman uses HRT the more the chances of getting breast cancer. Additionally, women who tend to have children during their late age are at a higher risk of getting cancer when compared to those who get children at an early age. Vitamin D3 and calcium are the main bone health supplements required for quality of life. The present study aimed to find out the role of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters in vitro using MG-63 cells. The parameters of bone health tested are Alkaline Phosphatise Enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels, and bone mineralization. The Test Items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test samples received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Krista Joanne Callas and samples were defined as the Bio-field Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay exhibited increased cell viability range from 72% to 122% with safe and nontoxic profile among test samples on the MG-63 cell line. was significantly increased by 129.6%, 392%, and 255.7%in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively at 100μg/mL as compared with the untreated group.

The study was carried out at Akpehe poultry farm, Makurdi,on the Tiv and the Fulani Nigerian local chicken ecotypes.The variability on clutch traits were estimated on 540 hens produced from the mating of 40 hens and 4 sires each for the Tiv and the Fulani local chicken ecotypes, randomly selected from rural populations. The hens were housed singly and hand mated. Daily egg production was recorded individually. The data was organized according to clutch size, clutch number, pause number and pause length. SAS procedure was used to analyze the variability on clutch traits within and between the ecotypes.Clutch size has the highest variability within the ecotype. Between the ecotypes, the Tiv ecotype showed higher variability in clutch traits than the Fulani ecotype. The higher variability in the Tiv ecotype was related to the large population of single inter breeding flock which renders genetic drift insignificant. The small reproductive population often left when the Fulani women disposed large numbers of matured birds from their flock when preparing for new settlements thereby accelerating genetic drift. This had driven the population of the Fulani ecotype towards genetic uniformity in clutch traits by reducing genetic variation overtime. The genetic diversity of the Fulani ecotype in clutch traits that could be used for current and future adaptation is been threatened.

Abberant hypomethylation in DNA regions with noncanonical folding potential (ncDNA motifs) is believed to predetermine tumor development - presumably, by facilitating G-quadruplex (G4) and/or i-motif (IM) formation via altering nucleosome positioning (stable G4s induce subsequent genomic rearrangements). We questioned whether CpG methylation per se affects the dsDNA-ncDNA equilibrium. Thermodynamic studies of genomic and model oligonucleotides with methylated CpG sites at different positions are reported. The genomic oligonucleotides analyzed in this work are DNA fragments with reportedly different methylation statuses in colorectal cancer and normal cells. Free energies of duplex, ncDNA formation from single strands were calculated based on melting curve analyses. Polyethylenglycole was used to imitate crowding effect. Our results suggest that CpG methylation may alter the energetic barrier for dsDNA-IM transitions.

Accumulating evidence indicates that noncoding RNA, such as microRNAs, expression profile changes can lead to cardiovascular diseases. This article reviews the current findings regarding the roles of noncoding RNAs in cardiovascular diseases, and strategy to modulate them for therapeutics.

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions are frequently performed in the United States of America. The medial hamstrings graft has been shown to produce lower rates of osteoarthritis (OA) than the patellar tendon graft. The goal of this study was to determine how altering medial hamstring strength during surgery affects soft tissue loading, and hence the joint’s proclivity towards OA. Muscle-actuated forward dynamic simulations of running were performed for normal muscle strength and decreased medial hamstring strength. The results show weakening the medial hamstrings caused an overall decrease in total hamstrings force by 7%, in total quadriceps force by 35%, and in cartilage contact force by 6%. This decreased force may be protective against long-term OA.

Nowadays, "personalized medicine” is starting to replace the current "one size fits all” approach.It is crucial to understand the aerosol drug dynamics better and develop a revolutionary patient-specific pulmonary disease treatment platform and to improve therapeutic outcomes. In this paper, the discussion paves the way to achieve personalized pulmonary healthcare by introducing the digital twin and lung aerosol dynamics modeling platform as a noninvasive tool for individualized treatment planning. Challenges and breakthroughs are also discussed as the future research directions.
We present a micro fluidic device that allows rapid and defined delivery of discrete and homogeneous reagents or samples to allow kinetic studies of surface-tethered biomolecules. We developed an Electro Osmotic Flow (EOF) based device consisting of an asymmetric Y-junction with an incorporated fast, pressure driven valve, two embedded measurement electrodes and reservoirs. The EOF is used to circumvent kinetic limitations on reagent transport to the surface of these tethered biomolecules due to the slow diffusion across parabolic concentration gradients in conventional pressure-driven flow devices. Using Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) as the pH sensitive surface-immobilized biomolecules, we show that the reagent solution can be repeatedly exchanged within milliseconds, and that by using a synchronized triggering scheme we can monitor the reaction of our sensor biomolecules to the change of the environment on a time scale of 10ms.

In order to develop an e-commerce website, a number of Technologies must be studied and understood. The proposed project is developed to manage the automobile in the automobile dealer company. The main module in this project is login, automobile management, customer management, sales, complaints and reports. The first module is the login. The automobile showroom owner should login to the project for usage. The username and password are verified and if it is correct, next form opens. If the username and password are not correct, it shows the error message.
When a customer search for a automobile, if the automobile is available, they will be taken to a page that shows the details of the automobile including automobile name, automobile ID, quantity, price etc. “Automobile Management System” is useful for maintaining automobiles, customers effectively and hence helps for establishing good relation between customer and automobile organization. It contains various customized modules for effectively maintaining automobiles and stock information accurately and safely.
When the automobile is sold to the customer, stock will be reduced automatically. When a new purchase is made, stock will be increased automatically. While selecting automobiles for sale, the proposed software will automatically check for total number of available stock of that particular item, if the total stock of that particular item is less than 5, software will notify the user to purchase the particular item.
Also when the user tries to sale items which are not in stock, the system will prompt the user that the stock is not enough. Customers of this system can search for a automobile; can purchase a automobile easily by selecting fast. On the other hand the stock of automobiles can be maintained perfectly by the automobile shop manager overcoming the drawbacks of existing system.

The system will give an effective output for the VB.Net and SQL Server given as input to the system. The compiled java program given as input to the system, after scanning the program will generate different reports. The application generates the report for users. The admin can view and download the report of the data. The application deliver the excel format reports. Because, excel formatted reports is very easy to understand the income and expense of the college bus. This application is mainly develop for windows operating system users. In 2017, 73% of people enterprises are using windows operating system. So the application will easily install for all the windows operating system users. The application-developed size is very low. The application consumes very low space in disk. Therefore, the user can allocate very minimum local disk space for this application.
