How different would the journey
be if we realized we were part
of creating it?
I have come to the frightening conclusion
that I am the decisive element.
It is my personal approach that creates the climate.
It is my daily mood that makes the weather.
I possess tremendous power to make life miserable or
joyous.
I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of
inspiration;
I can humiliate or humor, hurt or heal.
In all situations, it is my response that decides whether
a crisis is escalated or de-escalated, and a person
humanized or de-humanized.
If we treat people as they are, we make them worse.
If we treat people as they out to be, we help them
become what they are capable of becoming.

 What kind of support do you need around you
to make sure you hold it in a positive light?
 Are you keeping your network active and
staying connected?
 What keeps you connected and not reacting
to everyone else?

 What you put your attention on GROWS.
Where are you putting your attention?

your industry

 Incorporating daily contemplation time
 Reframing the negative into the positive
What keeps your energy flowing and open?
 What do you do to take care of yourself and stay
relaxed? And how often?
 Stress and Negativity block the good from
coming into your life.
 Relaxation and positive thoughts create more of
the same and help you manifest.
Are you acknowledging yourself?

Will this choice propel me toward an inspiring future or will it keep
me stuck in the past?
Will this choice bring me long-term fulfillment or will it bring me
short-term fulfillment?
Am I standing in my power or am I trying to please another?
Am I looking for what’s right or am I looking for what’s wrong?
Will this choice add to my life force or will it rob me of my energy?
Will I use this situation as a catalyst to grow and evolve or will I use it
to beat myself up?
Does this choice empower me or does it
disempower me?
Is this an act of self-love or is it an act of
self-sabotage?
Is this an act of faith or is this an act of fear?
Am I choosing from my divinity or am I
choosing from my humanity?
