Linkage:
•Nature is a creation for existence of living beings.
•Every living being is a component of nature.
•All the components of Nature are interlinked.
•Every component is serving the other and getting the
services from other.
•Nature is widespread so services are endless.
•Resources are enormous so their is no scarcity for
service.
•Construction and destruction is a continuous process.
•Every process in Nature is continuous.
Actions and reactions:
•For every action there is a reaction in Nature. If you do
good some body will do good to you.
•A person getting benefit from you will think of helping
you and you are benefitted directly or indirectly from
people like you.
•Your mind will think of good so will be cool.
•If you harm any body , you too will be harmed by some
body. a person harmed by you will always think of
harming you so directly or indirectly you are harmed by
some one or the other.
•Your mind will think and plan for bad so get disturbed
Your reaction:
•If you get appreciations or help form others, though
they are results of your past deeds, your good credit
balance will reduce. Do not forget to thank the person
appreciating you by which at least you may get bonus
points of gratification conveyed.
•If you are abused or harmed by other person here too
these are results of your past deeds. Do not get
disappointed, your bad debit balance is getting reduced.
Balance of results of your past bad deeds is getting
reduced. Thank the person who abused or harmed you
since he has shown you your mistakes and saved you
from yet another bad deed.
Action plan:
•Go on doing good deeds.
•Help the needy to the extent they require to come out of
trouble, let them proceed further to become self
dependent.
•Have a feeling for other’s troubles as your own.
•Always feel happy if other is happy.
•Never hurt any body.
•Your mind will then act positively and will always be
joyous if you think of a person benefitted by you.
•Your every deed will yield positive results.
•By pointing others fault he may be hurt.
•Showing fault and correcting the persons should be in a
sober manner by which they will be grateful to you.
•By harming others negative feeling will develop in you.
•With negative feelings in mind your task may fail.
•Be practical in deed , don’t be only a preacher.
•Step back if some body is hurt by your deed.
•Step forward if some one is getting joy due to
your good deed.
•Expect less help from others but be in readiness
to give more help to others.
•Do not crave for a thing which you can’t achieve,
but do not leave trials if the object you want to
achieve is legitimate.
•If you loose some thing you are bound to receive
some other thing.
To sum up :
•Do the work assigned to you do not underestimate it.
•You may get credit or abuse do not be disturbed.
•Do not be overjoyed or depressed by events.
•Help others without expecting return.
•Thank the person who helps you.
•Do not abuse the person who harm you but get out of
the trouble by efforts. In one way you are being pointed
out of your faults.
•Think twice before taking decision.
•By above efforts you may feel stress free.
•If you are under extreme stress start concentrating on
breathe, your mind will start calming down and
