Entreprenuership is a lifelong and fantastical challenge for me. I enjoy leading and growing business. I read extensively on business and personal development. I learn and teach business, leadership, communication, cooperation, marketing, and personal development. I married my high school sweetheart, Judy in 1989 and we now 8 children. (No, we don't have a TV) Some of the children work with me in Mann Tile, Inc. We follow a philosophy provided to us by a pastor many years ago, which is, "don't use your children to build your business, use your business to build your family!".
