The project involves: 1) Implementing Elemica solutions to execute road and ocean transportation and manage time slot booking and terminal/warehouse visibility. 2) Connecting Afton's SAP system to Elemica to coordinate scheduling, track shipments, and exchange documents. 3) Measuring benefits both inside and outside the company such as improved order tracking, raw material planning, freight cost management, and supply confidence for customers.
