The Project Management Consultant has a wide variety of roles to play during the project life cycle. A project gives
benefits to the Customer in terms of satisfaction and it consists of business development, profit, resources utilization, etc.
Because of this consultancy plays a multifaceted part of a project, and is usually involved in the project from the project’s
inception to its completion. Project Consultant help ensure the project is tracking along to plan. They manage the project
so it finishes on time and on budget, and that their team completes it according to building codes, plans, and specs. Other
functions can include specifying scope, budget, and schedules, selecting subcontractors and workers, developing
communication strategy for resolving conflicts, and more.

1. Conceptual & Feasibility Study - assist client for selecting the project site and establish the conceptual estimates
and carry out study for technical, economical viability.
2. Planning & Scheduling - prepare details of project schedule, provide input and examine and analyze the project

3. Procurement Management – prepare tender document, to assist the invitation for tendering process. and to assist in
price negotiation
4. Financial Management - budget estimates, identify all cost associated with the project, contingencies, risk.
