Thisis K.Rajarao fromIndore,India,presently,workingwith ChoithramInternationalSchool in Indore.
The school is affiliatedtorunCambridge IGCSE,A-Level and IBDPprogrammes.
I have beenintoteachingforpast 21 years andfollowedfewcommonphilosophical pointswhile
teachingthe studentsorinteractingthe studentsoff the classhours.
I like tosee a studentlearninginanatmosphere whichgives him/herfreedomwithconditions,whereby
studentsare challenged andtheirgrowthtotheirfullestinthe subjectisobservedcloselybyme.Taking
studentstoa betterlevel whichcanhelpstudentsthe use of chemistrybeyondtheirexaminationsis
what,I aim for.Teachingthemhowto workin groups,dopeerevaluation,learningfrompeer
evaluation,developinginquiry-basedlearningare whatI aimto do inmy classes. The impactof group
work,whenstudentshelpfellowstudents,changeseachpersonandtransformsthe atmosphere of the
classas a whole.
From myeducational experiences,Iknow how valuable teacherencouragementandmotivationisfor
personal motivation.Iintendtomotivate studentswhile teachingthemtobe intrinsicallymotivated
throughchallengingyetsupportivelessonsandassignments.
I alwayslikedtoworkwiththe same aimand ambitionswhereverIwork/teach.However,toaddthis,I
believeinconstantlearning.Iwould like totestmyabilitiesworking withpeople fromdifferent
nationalities andaccustomingto the new workculture andgettingacquaintedwithnew peopleand
sharingand growingwiththe people andorganization.
Havingbeenentrustedwithvariousresponsibilitiesindifferentschools andacknowledgementsbythe
