This document proposes scaling up in-person education by training top MOOC students as teachers to lead tutorials for other students, allowing the model of social and structured learning from MOOCs to be expanded offline. It argues that this approach provides benefits to both students and teachers by giving students more guidance and structure while allowing teachers to improve their skills through teaching others in a way that can scale organically as more students become involved.
