For Italian company managers, to help them face the evolution of the Web into Web 2.0, which turns companies into Enterprise 2.0 For Entrepreneurs and  Top Management to anticipate and lead the evolution of their organizations through participatory and bottom-up models to see  why  and  how  these innovations increase creativity, efficiency and quality to understand and capitalize on changed business models with web 2.0  For Human Resources Managers to improve management of knowledge, people and social networks within the organization to broaden formal training processes through participant-generated contents and informal means of working to know and understand the new scenario of organizational development  For Sales and Marketing Managers to come into contact with international experts and experiences, with their new ways of communicating with the market to bring the customer into the innovation process as partner and motor of change to make their organizations more open and capable of involving customers as free and transparent  marketing channels
Post-graduate Course in Enterprise 2.0  Organization The course will have a director, a scientific committee and a teaching staff that will include several speakers of today’s forum.  The course will go on for a year during the  2008-2009  academic session, for a total of 140 hours.  Class-work will be integrated with a web-based Learning Community environment and a social network. Class activities will take place on Saturdays, following a schedule that will be specified in a dedicated website to be opened this fall. A minimum of 15 to a maximum of 20 participants will be accepted. Class-work contents will be divided into the following modules.
