• PE “Natur Svit” was established in 2009
• Ukrainian origin company involved in production and export of agricultural
products, with key focus on Coriander.
• Mainly catering to food industry and industrial processing.
• The company has direct cooperation with farmers in
Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
• The company has 3 warehouses and production department in Ukraine and
Russia. (In the North of Ukraine, the West part of Russia and the Southern part
of Russia respectively)
• Main export directions: Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, India, Sri
Lanka, Indonesia, USA. Company’s export turnover is 2000-7000 tones of
coriander seeds.
• Employee strength : Ukraine: 35 people, Russia: 15 people

History
• The cultivation of coriander in Ukraine and Russia started in XIXth Century
in the West part of Russia (Alekseevka city).
• The seeding material was delivered form Spain.
• In 1897, the first distillation factory of coriander was built.
• The main cultivation areas of coriander were: Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk
regions, the Eastern and Northern parts of present Ukraine.
Quality:
• Coriander is planted in two climatic zones of Ukraine: in the South
(Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and Kherson region makes it possible to
receive high quality coriander of amber color, average pod size is 3 mm.
• The East and the North of Ukraine are the best areas for getting coriander rich
with essential oil – from 1,6% to 2.5%, 2-2,5 mm seeds.

The advantages of coriander from Ukraine and Russia.
• Coriander seeds have excellent aroma due to the presence of aromatic
essential oil (linalool avarage 1.7%, Maximum contain is 2,6%.), fat (20%).
• The quality depends on the weather conditions and regions of production.
• Coriander is also a rich source of calcium, protein, phosphorus, vitamin
C, A, B1, B2, B3, magnesium, and other substances. In addition, the seeds of
this plant contain pentosan spicy, tannins, cellulose and pigments.

Agriculture & Season
• The growing season in the European part of Russia and in the North and East of
Ukraine is 100-125 days, 114-123 in the South.
• The duration of the main phases of development following coriander (days):
• sowing- plantlets - 15-20;
• Plantlets- green plants - 35-40;
• Green plants - flowering - 16-20;
• Flowering - fruiting- 13-18;
• Fruit formation, ripening, 21-22.
• Usually it is sown in early spring.

• South: Crimea, Kherson region, Odessa region, Zaporizhie region
• East: Kharkov region, Lugansk region, Donetsk regions

Yantar - of medium grade. Productivity of seeds of 1400-1800 kg/ha, content of
essential oil in absolutely dry fruits is 2.4-2.7%. Collection of essential oil is 26-36 kg/ha.
Nectar - suitable for winter and spring sowing. High-performance, winter hardy. Yields at
the winter sowing 2200-2700 kg/ha, content of essential oil in absolutely dry fruits is 2,4-
2,54%.
Miskhor - of medium grade. It has high resistance to shattering, and cracking of the fruit.
Productivity - 1600 kg/ha, content of essential oil in absolutely dry fruits is 2,35-2,54%.
Outcome of essential oil is 36.4 kg/ha.
Oksanit : The mid-growing season is 100 days. Suitable for sowing both a winter and
early spring. High-yielding, biological potential of up to 2600 kg/ ha. The essential oil
content in the fruits is 1,85-2,55%.
Medun – Yield: 2.2-2.5 tones per hectare. The content of essential oil - 2.5%

market
