 Stamp all drwgs. as “CONTRACT

 Tag all important pages that require
signing or initialing.

stores & materials stockpiling.
 Identification of impediments to
setting out (if any).
 Rights of adjoining owners.
 Outline chain of communications.
 Agree on laboratories for materials
and concrete testing.
 Identify source of temporary power
and water to the site.
 Agree on period of mobilization.
 Fix date of commencement.
 Calculate date of completion.

 ISSUE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
 Procure insurances as per contract.
 Prepare program of works.
 Breakdown of Preliminaries.
 Agree on a laboratory for testing concrete.
 Invite Arc. For inspection & approval of setting out before
excavations.
 Do not cast blinding until Engr. permits.
 Submit samples before bulk purchase..etc.
