Utensils - Ingredients - Preparation
Espátula ~ palette knife
batidor ~ beater
cullera ~spoon
molde ~ mould
medidor ~ meter
boles ~ bowls
manga pastelera ~ pastry bag
Harina ~ flour
azúcar glass ~ glass sugar
sugar
butter with salt/butter without salt
llet~milk
yeast ~ levadura
colorante~colouring
huevos~eggs
decoration
vainilla en polvo ~vanilla powder
1- First of all pre-heat up the oven at 80ºC.
2- Mix the flour and yeast into a bowl.
3- Break the eggs in a bowl,
4- Take another bowl and insert the butter with
salt and then while you're smashing the butter
add the mix of flour and yeast and the eggs too.
5- When you realize that the dough is spongy
you can pour it into the moulds.
6- Introduce the moulds into the oven and let
them warm about 20 minutes.
7- While the cupcakes are in the oven pick up
the butter without salt, milk and sugar glass and
throw them into a bowl. Smash them until the
frosting is spongy.
8- This is optional, add some colouring to the
frosting
9- Place the frosting into a pastry bag
and before placing the frosting, keep in mind if
the dough is too warm the frosting will melt.
10- Decorate as you like!
