Purpose of research:
I will be identifying the number of shots used within each scene of the
film trailer and the length of the shot. This will enable me to further
develop my knowledge on conventions of a film trailer enabling me to
identify if how long a shot conventionally lasts, how many number of
scenes there are and how many shots are conventionally used.
This will benefit me as the information I have learnt will guide me when
I come to producing my film trailer as to what I should use, which will
help towards creating an effective film trailer that is successful in
attracting and appealing to my potential targeted audience.
