This document discusses constraints on parity violating conformal field theories in 3 dimensions from the positivity of energy flux. It considers local perturbations created by the stress tensor or conserved current with specific polarizations. The energy measured in different directions is defined and required to be positive. This leads to constraints on the parameter space of 3-point functions involving the stress tensor and current. Explicit calculations are shown for the energy matrix corresponding to charge excitations, with off-diagonal elements arising from parity violating terms in 3-point functions. Positivity of energy flux implies an inequality constraint on the parameters.
