Workshop Setup
• Create teams of 6-10 people
• Introduce yourself briefly to your teammates
• Select one person, who will be your facilitator. As
a facilitator you will be responsible for:
o Making sure instruction are followed and team stay focused
o Asking questions and moderating discussion
o Observing dynamic of the team
o Collect your observations about team dynamic and proposed solutions
